Before making your boat purchase, it’s important to consider logistics like delivery pricing, transportation methods, and handling procedures. That’s why we at K&P 168 Auto LLC recommend contacting us first—either by phone or email—so we can walk you through every step and provide personalized guidance.
To help us give you the most accurate shipping advice, please share key details such as a general overview of your boat, including its approximate length, width, and height. If you’re unsure about the exact measurements, you can simply indicate that the information is estimated.
Transportation Options We Offer:
Drive-On Transport (Ro-Ro Alternative)
If your boat is already mounted on a trailer and its size doesn’t suit container shipping, our drive-on service is a great solution. The trailer is rolled onto the transport vessel, and the boat is secured on deck for the journey. This method is not only efficient and affordable—it’s also highly reliable.
Crane Lift Service (Lo-Lo Alternative)
For boats that are too large for trailer-based or roll-on options, we offer a crane-assisted service. The boat is lifted directly onto and off the vessel using specialized equipment. While this method carries a higher cost due to the equipment involved, it allows for the secure shipment of larger vessels.
Enclosed Container Transport
If your boat (or its trailer) is no wider than 7.8 feet, container shipping is available. Boats that slightly exceed this limit may require removal of the trailer’s axles for proper fitting. This enclosed method offers excellent protection and is our most budget-friendly shipping option.
